How each one of us evolves is a mystery! This is true especially during times in life where we are feeling challenged, confused, stuck or lost. During such times, we may benefit from help from another person. This too can feel challenging. The first step is to risk reaching out. Then we can begin a dialogue, entering a space of shared inquiry, exploration and reflection.

Individual Psychotherapy is a courageous journey of opening to one’s self in order to connect, discover, learn, reflect, heal and grow. This tender growth work takes as many different forms as there are people. It also takes courage and care, patience and time.

I have been offering psychotherapy for almost two decades. People come to me when they have lost their sense of wellbeing, meaning or direction. Together, we begin a conversation. We gently access and explore what may be going on beneath the surface. We shine light in dark places, bringing compassion, awareness and understanding. Within that process, space opens for new possibilities, more choices, and a fresh path forward.

Each journey unfolds in its own way. The work is sacred and unique for each individual. My role as a psychotherapist is to bring care, experience and expertise, to co-create and hold a safe and resilient space, and to participate with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I promise to do my very best to listen closely, ask good questions, offer meaningful reflections, and guide the process.

Together, we find and reconnect with the natural healing energy and wisdom of our essential being.
